Guarantee/Shipping Policy
Shipping Juvenile axolotls (3-4 inches) with ONLY the purchase of (1 day) shipping!
I guarantee the quality, health, and live axolotls during transportation. Please send me a photo of the axolotl in its unopened bag within 24 hours of receiving in case of DOA (Dead on Arrival). I will replace the axolotl, however not including the shipping cost.
Guarantee is only valid when using (1 day) shipping. All sales on live animals are final.
I only ship axolotls on (Mondays – Wednesdays) to avoid the package sitting at the post office during the weekend.
Your order will be shipped once complete and payment has been received in full. Once your live animal has been shipped out, you will be provided with a tracking number.
When ordering please make sure someone will be at home to receive and promptly open the package. Package should not be left outside in the heat or cold. That is why there is only a 2 hour window for DOA claims.

Weather:
During cold weather, I use heat packs to keep your fish warm. I use ice packs if you live in an area that has really hot temperatures.

How Axolotls are shipped:
Axolotls are shipped using a carrier. Shipments will be send out Monday - Friday to avoid them from being held in a facility over the weekend due to delay's on the carriers end. You can modify this by making a request to send the package out on a day that is not between Monday - Wednesday. When the package arrives the carrier will bring the package directly to your door for you to sign. If by chance you miss the carrier it will be brought back to the closest post office for you to pick up; This avoids the package being left outside.
Wrong shipping address:
When placing an order make sure the address you put is written correctly and in full. We will place the address on the package exactly how we receive it. We are not responsible for any addresses that were not written correctly. If the package is returned because the address is not correct you must pay for the return post (that the carrier charges us for the address not being correct) and the shipping cost for the item to be sent out again. You will not receive the package if you do not pay for charges.
